Long cycle life

Tests show that after 4000 charge/discharge cycles, the capacity of ENERGY Li/ON batteries only decreases by about 20%, which means that the battery will still provide approximately 80% of its capacity after 8 years.

LiFePO4 does not have the voltage dips and sulfation that lead batteries suffer from. They give a full charge until depleted.

Fast Charging + Rechargeable

With the proper charger, an ENERGY Li/ON Li-Ion battery can absorb 50% of its capacity in just 30 minutes and be fully charged in 80 minutes.

Unlike a Pb battery, there is NO need to charge 20% of the charge in the absorption phase. Without the memory effect, the ability to charge is very important, especially for harsh environments such as airports, large warehouses and logistics centers.

The ENERGY Li/ON lithium-ion battery eliminates the need to replace the battery after a change.

You can charge it during your lunch break.

Safety

Of all Li-B types, LiFePO4 is the safest due to its chemical nature and battery mechanism.

The ENERGY Li/ON Lithium Ion battery is thermally stable and even safer than the version used in mobile phones.

Each battery is equipped with a battery management system (BMS).

BMS main functions:

short circuit protection (SCP),
overvoltage protection (OVP),
against overcurrent (OCP),
against temperature overload (UTP),
surge protection (UVP), etc.

Dynamic balancing

The ENERGY Li/ON Lithium Ion battery has intelligent dynamic balancing to ensure that all cells in the battery are equally charged and discharged.

To achieve this, the BMS controls each cell and the whole set through the internal CANBUS and communication protocol.

Use of cells with higher capacity

In the production of ENERGY Li / ON batteries, batteries with a larger capacity - 135-150 Ah than those of competitors (from 20 Ah) are used, which allows you to assemble a battery with a smaller number of parallel-connected cells - this is a great advantage for balancing and fault tolerance of the system. ENERGY Li/ON withstand high charge and discharge currents (2C/2C) that occur when used in electric loading equipment.

Online monitoring system

Each battery can be equipped with a condition monitoring system on a mobile phone or PC

This requires a regular SIM card.

You can control the following battery parameters:

уcurrent charge level,
temperature,
usage status – charge or discharge,
full history of cycles with time and date,
the number of cycles,
the state of "health" AKB in%, etc.

Cold Storage

It is possible to install the battery heating option for use in refrigerated warehouses (up to -25C) with the possibility of charging at sub-zero temperatures.
